To fix the launch issue with dayz commander, Uninstall Dayz commander. Go to steam libary -> right click "Arma 2 Operation Arrowhead" ->properties -> local files -> verify integrity of game cache. Once done, launch regular Arma 2 OA. Close OA once in menu. Install Dayz Commander. Check your launch params in settings, should be "-mod=@Dayz_Epoch". Hit done and launch into server.
